1. Agreement to Terms

  • "Buyer" means a User who purchases products through the Platform
  • "Seller" means a User who lists and sells products on the Platform
  • "Service Provider" means a User who offers services (transport, certification, etc.)
  • "Content" means any information, data, text, images, or other materials
  • "Tender" means a request for service quotations from Service Providers

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Eligibility

The Platform is intended for business-to-business (B2B) transactions. To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have authority to bind your organization
  • Be a registered business entity
  • Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law

3.2 Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.3 Verification

We may require identity and business verification (KYC/AML compliance) before you can fully use our services. You agree to provide requested documentation promptly.

4. Platform Services

4.1 Marketplace

My Platform provides a platform for B2B transactions. We are not a party to transactions between Users. We do not own, sell, or resell any products listed on the Platform.

4.2 Tender System

The Platform facilitates service tenders. Service Providers may pay to view tender details and submit proposals. Payment does not guarantee contract award.

4.3 Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors. By using payment features, you agree to their terms and acknowledge we are not responsible for their services.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false information or impersonate others
  • List illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or manipulation
  • Circumvent fees or payment systems
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
  • Interfere with the Platform security or functionality
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other Users
  • Violate applicable laws and regulations

6. Seller Obligations

If you are a Seller, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate product descriptions and images
  • Have legal right to sell listed products
  • Honor prices and terms in your listings
  • Fulfill orders in a timely manner
  • Respond to buyer inquiries promptly
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain required licenses and certifications

7. Buyer Obligations

If you are a Buyer, you agree to:

  • Pay for purchases in full and on time
  • Provide accurate shipping and payment information
  • Inspect products upon receipt and report issues promptly
  • Comply with applicable import/export regulations

8. Fees and Payments

We charge subscription fees, transaction fees, and other fees as described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated. We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days notice to current subscribers.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content are and will remain the exclusive property of My Company. You retain ownership of Content you submit but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such Content on the Platform.

10. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR QUALITY OF ANY CONTENT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN USERS OR THE QUALITY OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold My Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of . For disputes between Users, we may provide mediation services but are not obligated to resolve disputes.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
